There’s not long now until living in the heart of Samford in Brisbane’s north-west, within a relaxed and country-style village soon becomes real for additional residents, as Villa 115 and Villa 117 have now been completed!
Works now turn to focus on some final touches – to make sure the community delivers care and consideration that there’s something a little more special for every family, personality, and lifestyle.
This includes the conclusion of plumbing and electrical fit outs, as paint brushes are being packed up and final bricks are being placed.
Meanwhile, Stage 3 civil works on the development are well underway, with most retaining walls now under construction.
Preparation has also begun for pouring of the roads which will further cement the growing community as connected, surrounded by lush and rolling mountains.
