Essential groundworks are also underway nearby to create the firm foundations for ten of our new townhome designs.

With their retaining walls completed our construction teams have added essential underground services in preparation for slab pours which will begin shortly.

The impressive rate of progress at Samford Grove means work is almost complete on the final five homes within the first stage of our community expansion.

The team at Ausmar Homes has taken out the Master Builders Queensland award for best ‘Commercial building from $5 million up to $50 million’ for their work on Samford Grove’s community centre, The Homestead!

The prestigious awards showcase excellence in Queensland’s housing and construction industry. Ausmar Homes’ award-winning project was judged across four criteria, including quality workmanship and use of innovative building solutions.

Samford Grove’s highly anticipated community expansion has received overwhelming approval from local retirees with all stage one homes and townhomes now sold out.

Construction of stage two has now been fast tracked and is already underway.
