The foundations have been laid in Stage 2, with the suspended slab for Villas 106, 108 and 122 now poured with preparation underway for the installation of the frame.

In Stage 3, the first four homes are nearing completion with the final fit-offs and landscaping underway. The remaining Type G homes have all commenced construction and are progressing well.

In other exciting news, the first slabs for the over/under homes have been poured and blockwork is expected to commence over the coming weeks.

Future residents of Samford Grove are starting to pack their bags as their country-style retirement community springs to life.  

With construction well and truly underway on our series of new Villas, Stage 3 homes are really starting to take shape with final touches now underway.   

With the foundations laid for Villa’s 106, 108, 120 and 122, blockwork is now also complete and the formwork for the suspended slab has commenced.  

Looking across to the highly-anticipated Stage 3, each home now features a complete kitchen equipped with European appliances, ample storage space and beautiful fixtures and finishings throughout. The final touches will occur on the kitchens this week, with tiling currently being laid.  

Moving in to the living rooms and bedrooms, flooring and paintwork will commence within the next two weeks. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements as we approach final completion.  

In other news, the first of our over/under homes have also commenced with the majority of plumbing and footings now complete. These innovative living options add even more diversity to the range of premium residences available at Samford Grove.

Move in day is fast approaching for our new residents as construction moves full steam ahead on the completion of a series of our new villas. 

The foundations have now been laid for Villa’s 106, 108, 120 and 122, with the official pour completed and blockwork now underway. 

In other exciting news, stage 3 civil works are now complete and the first homes are well under way. 

The frames and roofs have now been installed on Villa’s 54, 52 and 50. The frame for Villa 48 is being installed and the roof will follow shortly.

Civil works are well underway for Stage Three of Samford Grove’s expansion, which includes a selection of spacious two and three-bedroom homes within the vibrant and connected community. 

Retaining walls are being built as the team prepare to pour and pave additional roads within the community.  

Homes 113 and 114 have been painted and the kitchens have been installed, while electricians and carpenters currently complete the finishing touches. 

Scaffolding has also been removed from the outside of both homes, allowing for the final steps to be completed ahead of residents move in day! 

Meanwhile, works on the next four homes follows closely behind as kitchens are being installed and the application of fresh paint begins to add colour to the new homes. 

Construction of Stage Three is planned to commence later this month, allowing more future residents to experience life within the thriving Samford Grove community.

It’s been a buzz of activity at Samford Grove with construction of our exciting expansion well underway. Stage One apartments, townhouses and homes are now complete followed by the first two villas in Stage 2.

The final touches of all villas are now taking place at the remaining Stage 2 villas, with painting, tiling and landscaping a key priority over the next few weeks, followed by the completion of all driveways. 

Internal insulation and sheeting have now been completed in the first two of the over/unders and the frame has been finalised on the next four villas. The footings for these villas will commence next month.
