It’s been three years in the making! With the finishing touches now under way, the final expansion at Samford Grove is here!
New residents will be gearing up to celebrate Christmas in their new homes as Stage 3 is now officially complete while the finishing touches are being made to Stage 4.
Since construction began in 2020, more than 100 new homes have been added to the village, including a mix of modern new apartments, single-level town homes and on-ground villas.
Samford Grove’s five-star community centre, ‘The Homestead’, was also included in the expansion and features a range of lifestyle amenities including a library, café, hair and beauty salon and cinema.
