The thriving community of Samford Grove keeps getting bigger and better as construction reaches Stage Three, welcoming with it new residents and a brand new display home.
Progress on Stage Two of Samford Grove’s expansion is nearing completion, which means all eyes are now on Stage Three as new residents join the community and the new display town home prepares to open.
Construction progress
It’s wonderful to feel the excitement in the air as construction of the final building in Stage Two nears completion. The roof has now been installed with cladding and internal sheeting well underway.
Across at our Stage Three villas, homes are being tiled and the state-of-the-art kitchens installed. In the coming weeks, these villas will be painted. The remaining Type G homes have all commenced construction and are progressing well.
Firm foundations have been laid on the town homes, with the final two suspended slabs being poured in the coming weeks. Once this work has been completed, all frames will then be installed.
