The impressive rate of progress at Samford Grove means work is almost complete on the final five homes within the first stage of our community expansion.
With the end of construction in sight our teams can deliver the high-quality touches that bring these new homes to life, including floor finishes that are applied now that other internal work is finished.
The focus has also switched outside with the landscaping, footpaths and driveways being completed.

A few streets away the evolution of Samford Grove continues, with the footprints of new villas appearing further along the gentle slope.
A series of concrete slabs have already been poured within Samford Grove’s second stage of expansion, preparing these home sites for the framing stage to begin soon.
The bio-retention basin which will filter all of Samford Grove’s stormwater has been completed and is now operational, allowing additional construction of new homes to begin nearby.
