It’s been a milestone month for the construction teams at Samford Grove as we celebrate the completion of all homes within our community expansion project’s first stage.
With the finishing touches applied inside and outside, the final five homes are now move-in ready, allowing our expert tradesmen to proceed to other tasks around the community.
After so much hard work we are delighted to see these homes looking at their best and we look forward to welcoming our newest residents to the community.
Elsewhere in Samford Grove we’ve laid the firm foundations of all the new villas located within our second expansion stage.
The villas’ concrete slabs are finished, defining the footprints upon which our teams will construct the frames as these homes emerge from the ground and rooms begin to take shape.
