Just as quickly as we released Samford Grove’s 11 luxury new villas within the Stage 3A expansion, they were snapped up by a waitlist of eager downsizers.
All new homes in the first two Stages were also sold in quick succession, including all residences within the Homestead Collection which are the only dedicated retirement living apartments in the region.
