It’s exciting times at Samford Grove with ongoing construction at our boutique village community progressing well. As Stages 2 and 3 approach completion, the community will soon be expanding as more and more residents look to call Samford Grove home.
The final building in Stage 2 is being painted while the last-minute finishing touches will be added promptly.
In addition, Villa’s 34 and 87/88 are being tiled and painted this week in preparation for final fit off and external works.
Over at Stage 3, a further four homes have been completed. But the progress doesn’t end there, with the first buildings in Stage 3 ready to be primed and painted later this month too – it’s certainly a big month!
As we look even further at Stage 4, civil works are now complete, and builders are preparing to start commencing work soon. It’s great to see the existing community thriving and we can’t wait to see Samford Grove grow even more throughout the years.
