The team at Ausmar Homes has taken out the Master Builders Queensland award for best ‘Commercial building from $5 million up to $50 million’ for their work on Samford Grove’s community centre, The Homestead!
The prestigious awards showcase excellence in Queensland’s housing and construction industry. Ausmar Homes’ award-winning project was judged across four criteria, including quality workmanship and use of innovative building solutions.
The achievement reflects the quality of The Homestead’s premium amenities that are designed to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for Samford Grove residents. The resort-style centre features everything from a cinema to a lap pool and gymnasium.
