It won’t be long before Stage 3 at Samford Grove is finalised.
Two more homes in Stage 3 have been completed and new residents have begun unpacking their belongings and greeting their fellow neighbours. Later this month additional homes will also be complete, bringing more residents home to their new community.
With Stage 3 almost complete, the final landscaping works are now underway. Trees have been planted in garden beds and the grass watered, while the warmer spring weather helps power progress along.
Once complete, residents will be able to enjoy a connected community with stunning views of Samford. Alongside premium amenities such as the resident’s café, lounge, library, cinema, gym, indoor pool, beauty salon and plenty more.
As construction progresses towards the finish line, it’s an exciting time to call Samford Grove home.
