It’s been an exciting time at Samford Grove, as Stage 2 winds down and new residents start to arrive.
With the new homes ripe and ready in Stage 2, keen residents are busy unpacking boxes and setting up their belongings, as they begin their next chapter in the Samford Grove community.
Not only are the new neighbours looking forward to settling down in their comfortable, modern homes, many are also excited about the incredible facilities and connected lifestyle within the village.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there, the community will continue to grow as villas 34 and 87/88 are undergoing final fit out and new residents will begin to move in over the coming weeks.
Looking at Stage 3, homes are already being tiled and painted which has been great to see.
The first few kitchens will arrive on site in the next few weeks and be installed in these homes soon.
