Samford expansion nears completion!

The finishing touches are being applied to the final stage of Samford Grove!

It’s been amazing to see the Samford Grove community thrive and flourish over the past four years since Reside’s expansion works began.

With Stage 3 nearing completion, and most of the townhomes now complete, happy residents have begun moving in and enjoying their new low-maintenance lifestyle.

The last stage in Samford’s expansion has seen four homes in Stage 4 now complete, while the finishing touches are underway for the last homes in the stage.

Painting, tiling and a final fit-off is well underway in the community’s final homes and, once complete, will finalise Samford Grove’s expansion.

Residents have seen a range of exciting changes throughout Samford Grove and while the expansions will soon complete the community, it’s rewarding to see how much it has grown.

Samford Grove’s stage 3 almost complete

It won’t be long before Stage 3 at Samford Grove is finalised.  

Two more homes in Stage 3 have been completed and new residents have begun unpacking their belongings and greeting their fellow neighbours. Later this month additional homes will also be complete, bringing more residents home to their new community.

With Stage 3 almost complete, the final landscaping works are now underway. Trees have been planted in garden beds and the grass watered, while the warmer spring weather helps power progress along. 

Once complete, residents will be able to enjoy a connected community with stunning views of Samford. Alongside premium amenities such as the resident’s café, lounge, library, cinema, gym, indoor pool, beauty salon and plenty more.

3A residents begin unpacking!

As Stage 2 residents begin their next chapter at Samford Grove, the community is set to welcome Stage 3A residents, as work on their brand-new homes is complete.

Residents will soon be able to enjoy a drink at happy hour with their neighbours, go for a dip in the pool, relax and recharge in the library or enjoy a walk around the peaceful Samford surroundings.

Samford set to welcome stage 2 residents

It’s been an exciting time at Samford Grove, as Stage 2 winds down and new residents start to arrive.

With the new homes ripe and ready in Stage 2, keen residents are busy unpacking boxes and setting up their belongings, as they begin their next chapter in the Samford Grove community.

Not only are the new neighbours looking forward to settling down in their comfortable, modern homes, many are also excited about the incredible facilities and connected lifestyle within the village.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there, the community will continue to grow as villas 34 and 87/88 are undergoing final fit out and new residents will begin to move in over the coming weeks.

The first few kitchens will arrive on site in the next few weeks and be installed in these homes soon.

Here’s the latest updates from Samford Grove

It’s exciting times at Samford Grove with ongoing construction at our boutique village community progressing well. As Stages 2 and 3 approach completion, the community will soon be expanding as more and more residents look to call Samford Grove home.

The final building in Stage 2 is being painted while the last-minute finishing touches will be added promptly.

In addition, Villa’s 34 and 87/88 are being tiled and painted this week in preparation for final fit off and external works.

Over at Stage 3, a further four homes have been completed. But the progress doesn’t end there, with the first buildings in Stage 3 ready to be primed and painted later this month too – it’s certainly a big month!

As we look even further at Stage 4, civil works are now complete, and builders are preparing to start commencing work soon. It’s great to see the existing community thriving and we can’t wait to see Samford Grove grow even more throughout the years.

The latest as Samford Grove grows

Exciting new updates are underway this month, for boutique village community, Samford Grove.

Residents will soon be able to cook up a storm with kitchens for Stage Two homes arriving on-site this week. The luxurious kitchens feature both stone benchtops and European appliances, keeping ease-of-use and aesthetics in mind.  

The next lot of homes in Stage Three are also being taken care of, with landscaping underway and internal fit outs commencing for villas 34, 87 and 88. Over at the townhomes, the final frames are being installed, to be followed by the roof works.

Everything is taken care of at Samford Grove including onsite household maintenance and gardening, so residents can enjoy living a slice of luxury with like-minded people.

Big milestones at Samford Grove bring new energy

The thriving community of Samford Grove keeps getting bigger and better as construction reaches Stage Three, welcoming with it new residents and a brand new display home.

Progress on Stage Two of Samford Grove’s expansion is nearing completion, which means all eyes are now on Stage Three as new residents join the community and the new display town home prepares to open.

It’s wonderful to feel the excitement in the air as construction of the final building in Stage Two nears completion. The roof has now been installed with cladding and internal sheeting well underway.

Across at our Stage Three villas, homes are being tiled and the state-of-the-art kitchens installed. In the coming weeks, these villas will be painted. The remaining Type G homes have all commenced construction and are progressing well.

Firm foundations have been laid on the town homes, with the final two suspended slabs being poured in the coming weeks. Once this work has been completed, all frames will then be installed.

A new year brings exciting progress at Samford Grove

Samford Grove has welcomed our newest residents, as the first of our Stage 3A retirees move in and start their new life in our community.

 

It’s great to see progress across our community with the frame installed and services roughed in for final building in Stage 2. The roof will be installed this week.

 

Our community is growing with the first of our new residents moving into the newly completed Stage 3A.

 

In just two months, construction has been full steam ahead, finalising a series of villas for our future residents. The first four homes are now complete.

 

The remaining Type G homes have all commenced construction and are progressing well.

 

Foundations have now been laid on half of the over/under homes, with the suspended slab poured and frames arriving onsite.  The other homes are not too far behind with ground slabs complete and level 1 blockwork underway.

 

In other exciting news, our new on-site display will be open for viewing this April. Stay tuned for more updates to come.
